BOOTCAMP and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)

Bootcamp = An effective way to reach your goals in a group setting while getting pushed to your limits. Workouts combine Strength, Cardio, and Conditioning.

HIIT = High Intensity Interval Training is an enhanced form of interval training, an exercise strategy alternating periods of short intense anaerobic exercise with less-intense recovery periods. (Example, 20 second sprint, 1 minute walk).

We combine metabolic conditioning circuits with strength exercises to build strength, promote lean muscle, and help you lose inches and drop pounds.

  • 10 Classes – $150 +HST
  • 20 Classes – $240 +HST
  • Monthly Unlimited – $89 +HST
